How Does It Work?

Do I need to be a competitive athlete?
I work with clients with many different backgrounds and goals. Everyone is different and I meet my clients where they're at today to progress forward.
How many workouts will I get per week?
Together we will look over your schedule and make a training plan that works best for you (this can be more or less). I suggest to see results 2x a week is best. If your schedule changes, we can adjust accordingly.
What kind of nutrition coaching is involved?
As your coach I will provide all the information and accountability you need to form habits that support your needs and give you the confidence to make great nourishment part of your everyday routine. I will give recommendations and tips to fuel your body for training days.
What if I’m injured?
Whether you have a nagging injury from the past or a new issue pops up, I will make sure you are training safely and as pain free as possible. I can program recovery workouts and recommend lifestyle practices that promote healing, and incorporate movements to work around your injuries and strengthen you over time. There is almost always a way to keep moving safely, and I will guide you through the process so you won’t have to guess how to modify workouts on your own.
What is the commitment for coaching?
I am committed to forming deep and lasting relationships with my clients. There is no minimum commitment to work with me. But to see results, I recommend consistently working hard of 3 months training and having good nutrition set to see results. Fully committed clients keep loving their results and keep on going!
How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule a phone call (link below) to make sure we are a good fit – we’ll find out more about your background and interests, get you all the information you need to make a decision. Before your first phone call, you will also be sent an application with questions regarding your fitness level, injuries, interests, etc.
